VIP RWB FAMILY AND INTERNATIONAL GUESTS

  • There will be a VIP area strictly for RWB family and authorised visitors from UK and abroad. Anyone not approved to attend will not have access to enter the VIP area.
  • You will require pre-authorisation to attend.

 

PUBLIC ACCESS

There are three RWB cars booked to be built by Nakai San. Anyone looking to attend will not need any entry authorisation and a public viewing area will be available to witness these builds taking place. You must stay within the public viewing area.

 

NAKAI SAN AUTOGRAPH TIMES

Important Information: Attention fans! Nakai San will be taking time out of his busy build schedule to meet and sign autographs for his fans. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

 

Signing Schedule:

Nakai San has allocated specific times for signing and meeting fans at approximately:

  • Signing will be after car build and times can vary approx 19.00 onwards.


Guidelines to Follow:

  • One item per person: Priority will be given to RWB items.
  • Photos: No posing for photos, but you can take a quick picture during your signing.
  • Non-RWB Items: If there is time, he will sign non-RWB items such as car parts, cameras, toolboxes, etc.

 

Queue Management:

  • If the line gets too long, we will advise you accordingly. Please be patient and understanding to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to meet Nakai San.
  • We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to see you there! Let’s make this an enjoyable experience for everyone.

From experience we know that it is not possible for Nakai San to sign autograph for long durations. Please respect the signing times.

  • RWB Fans will have an opportunity to purchase official RWB merchandise at the build with discounts available for attendees.

 

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Anyone looking to film or photograph the event must apply for authorisation with strict guidelines, due to the nature of the build professional photographers will be limited to enter. There will not be any restrictions for filming with mobile phones from the public area, however anyone taking pictures or films from the public area other than a mobile phone will be asked to sign a disclaimer.

Travelling To Reading

Traveling from Heathrow Airport to Loverock Road in Reading can be achieved by several methods: coach, bus, train, and taxi. Here is a detailed guide for each:

 

Bus

  • Route Take a local bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station to Reading.
  • Providers The Reading Buses’ Green Line 702 service.

From the bus stop in Reading, you would need to take another local bus or a taxi to reach Loverock Road.

  • Distance: About 28 miles (45 kilometres).
  • Parking: Check for available parking options on Loverock Road or nearby areas, as parking availability can vary. Off-street parking is available but no parking on the estate.
