Welcome to the official RWB UK Double Build Event. To help ensure everyone enjoys the event safely and respectfully, please read the following information before attending.

VIP RWB FAMILY & INTERNATIONAL GUESTS

A dedicated VIP area will be available exclusively for RWB Family members and authorised guests from the UK and overseas.

Access to the VIP area is strictly by pre-authorisation only. Anyone without prior approval will not be permitted to enter.

PUBLIC ACCESS

To celebrate 10 Years of RWB UK, Nakai San will be completing two iconic RWB builds over three days.

The event is completely free to attend, and no pre-registration is required.

A designated public viewing area will be available throughout the event. For everyone’s safety, visitors must remain within the designated viewing areas unless authorised by a member of the Profusion Customs team.

EVENT ENTRY

Although this is a free public eventProfusion Customs and RWB UK reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event at any time, without providing a reason.

This decision is entirely at the discretion of event management and is made to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all visitors, staff and participants.

By attending this event, you agree to follow all instructions given by the Profusion Customs team, event management and security personnel.

Any abusive, threatening, disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

NAKAI SAN AUTOGRAPH INFORMATION

Nakai San has kindly agreed to take time out of his busy build schedule to meet fans and sign autographs.

Signing Times

Autograph session times will be advised on the day.

Please ask a member of the Profusion Customs team, as the signing times are confirmed by Nakai San on the day and are entirely dependent on the progress of the build.

Autograph sessions will usually take place towards the end of the day’s build, however the exact time cannot be confirmed in advance.

There will be no autograph signing outside of the dedicated signing session.

Autograph Policy

  • Only official RWB merchandise will be signed.
  • An Autograph Voucher must be purchased before joining the signing queue.
  • In accordance with Nakai San’s wishes100% of the proceeds from the autograph vouchers will be donated to charity.
  • This year, Profusion Customs is proud to be working alongside the London Acton Lions Club, who will facilitate and administer the charitable donations.

Queue Management

Please follow the instructions of the Profusion Customs team at all times.

Should the queue become too long, management may limit access to ensure the event runs safely and respectfully.

From previous experience, we know that Nakai San can only dedicate a limited amount of time to autograph signing after completing a full day’s build. We kindly ask everyone to be patient and respectful.

OFFICIAL RWB MERCHANDISE

RWB Lifestyles is the only authorised supplier of official RWB merchandise.

Official RWB merchandise will be available to purchase throughout the event, with exclusive event discounts available for attendees.

Please be aware of counterfeit merchandise and only purchase from the official RWB UK merchandise stand.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional photographers, videographers and media representatives wishing to cover the event must obtain authorisation before attending.

Due to the nature of the builds, professional media access will be limited.

Visitors are welcome to take photographs and videos using mobile phones from the public viewing area.

Anyone using professional cameras or filming equipment may be asked to sign a media disclaimer before filming.

Please be respectful of other visitors and avoid obstructing the public viewing areas.

PARKING

There is ample visitor parking available directly opposite the venue at the Tesco Superstore.

Please check the parking restrictions and maximum stay times displayed within the Tesco car park before leaving your vehicle.

When walking to the venue, please cross the road safely and use the designated crossing points where possible.

Please do not park within the build venue car park. This area must remain clear at all times for build vehicles, deliveries, emergency access and event operations.

Thursday & Friday

Our neighbouring businesses will be operating as normal. We kindly ask all visitors to be considerate by:

  • Not blocking entrances or access roads.
  • Not obstructing loading bays or business parking spaces.
  • Following any instructions given by event marshals.

Saturday

Parking becomes significantly easier as many neighbouring businesses will be closed over the weekend. However, please continue to ensure that all entrances, gates and access points remain clear at all times.

All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

Please remove valuables from your vehicle or keep them out of sight. Profusion Customs, RWB UK and the venue owners cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage.

TOILET FACILITIES

Please note that there are no public toilet facilities available within the build premises.

Visitors are kindly requested to use the customer toilet facilities available at the Tesco Superstore opposite the venue, where available.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

food truck will be on-site throughout all three days of the event.

The menu will change each day, offering a variety of food and refreshments.

There are also a number of excellent local amenities, cafés and shops within walking distance of the venue should you wish to explore the local area.

WEATHER

As this is primarily an outdoor event, shade is limited.

If warm or sunny weather is forecast, we recommend bringing:

  • Sun cream
  • A hat or cap
  • Sunglasses
  • Plenty of drinking water

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear, as you may be standing for extended periods.

TRAVELLING TO READING

Travelling from Heathrow Airport to Loverock Road, Reading is straightforward by public transport or car.

By Bus

Reading Buses Green Line 702

  • Journey time: Approximately 1.5–2 hours
  • Departure: Heathrow Central Bus Station
  • Approximate fare: £10

From Reading town centre, take a local taxi or bus to Loverock Road.

By Train

Elizabeth Line

  • Direct service from Heathrow Airport to Reading.
  • Journey time: Approximately 1 hour.
  • Services every 30 minutes.
  • Approximate fare: £10–£15.

From Reading Station, take a short taxi or local bus to the venue.

Travelling To Reading

Traveling from Heathrow Airport to Loverock Road in Reading can be achieved by several methods: coach, bus, train, and taxi. Here is a detailed guide for each:

Local Bus:

  • Route Take a local bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station to Reading.
  • Providers The Reading Buses’ Green Line 702 service.

From the bus stop in Reading, you would need to take another local bus or a taxi to reach Loverock Road.

  • Duration: Approximately 40-60 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Distance: About 28 miles (45 kilometres).
  • Parking: Check for available parking options on Loverock Road or nearby areas, as parking availability can vary. Off-street parking is available but no parking on the estate.
